Do I get to see the artwork before it is shipped?
Yes. Once your watercolor painting is completed, a preview image will be sent to you via email for review before shipping.
Can I request changes after receiving the preview?
Minor adjustments can be requested before shipping. Extensive revisions or complete redraws are not available, as each artwork is hand-painted and one of a kind.
How long does it take to create my artwork?
Production time typically ranges from 5–15 business days, depending on the artwork and current studio schedule.
How long does shipping take?
After artwork approval, shipping usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on destination.
Is the artwork framed?
No. Artwork is delivered unframed to allow you the freedom to choose a frame that best suits your space.
What if I don’t respond to the preview email?
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours after the preview is sent, the artwork will be carefully prepared and shipped as shown in the preview, so that your order is not delayed.
