These Terms & Conditions govern your use of autismcustomgifts.com and purchases from Autism Custom Gifts, operated by AUTISM CUSTOM GIFTS LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.
Store and Product Information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product availability, materials, design placement, and specifications may change when reasonably necessary. Colors and details may appear slightly different because of screen settings, materials, printing, and made-to-order production.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Our products are made-to-order, and some can be personalized. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Personalized products are created using the information submitted with the order.
You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, images, sizes, colors, shipping details, and all other selections before submitting the order. We generally cannot replace or refund an item because the customer supplied incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option.
By submitting text, photos, images, or other personalization content, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize us and our production partners to use it only as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill your order. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Size Selection
Size charts may vary between product types. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart on the applicable product page before ordering. If an item received does not match the ordered size or has a manufacturing defect, contact customer support.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change before an order is placed. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable amounts are displayed at checkout when they apply. Payment must be authorized before an order can be accepted. Payments are processed by WooPayments and its payment partners.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not require us to fulfill an order that cannot reasonably be produced or shipped. We may cancel or contact you about an order when payment cannot be authorized, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, a product is unavailable, submitted content cannot be used, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If a canceled order was charged, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before production begins and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. See our Order Changes & Cancellation Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility, and address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping begins. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Because products are made-to-order or personalized, returns and exchanges are limited. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Promotions and Coupons
Promotional offers, discount codes, and sale prices may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders unless expressly stated.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems in a harmful manner, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, original artwork, branding, photographs, graphics, and store materials are owned by or licensed to Autism Custom Gifts. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use its design.
Reasonable Limitations
We are responsible for providing the products and remedies described in these terms and our policies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the store or its services change. The version posted at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
