At Autism Custom Gifts, most products are made-to-order or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personalization information entered incorrectly by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at autismcustomgifts@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging when relevant.
After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate replacement or refund. We may request additional details when reasonably needed to understand the issue.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Items
Personalized and made-to-order products are produced specifically for each order. They are not eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the item.
Size Selection
Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. An item ordered in the wrong size because the customer selected the wrong size is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.
If the item received does not match the size ordered or has a manufacturing problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before production begins and cannot be guaranteed. Please review our Order Changes & Cancellation Policy for details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the time required for funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Return Instructions
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. If a return is required, our support team will provide the appropriate instructions. Do not automatically send products to our Colorado business address.
